Call Center Software Provider TCN In The UK Secures New Client – With Testing To Implementation In Just 24 Hours

TCN, Inc., has announced a new client, a BPO based in Kenya that contacted the company after hearing positive feedback within the industry.

Last month, Techno Brain, based in Nairobi, contacted the TCN sales team to request a demo of its product.

“The challenge we were set, was whether we could implement the software fast enough for the client in conjunction with them securing a new client here in the UK,” said Spencer.

“Essentially, this meant following the demonstration, we were able to set-up and implement our TCN Operator system on the same day. Techno Brain signed a contract, successfully completed their trial period, and then moved into the rolling monthly contract.

“What was so great about this client set-up, is that it evidences how well TCN works on a global level with support 24/7 across all time zones. Because Techno Brain was dialing into the UK, the US team sent the inquiry over to the UK team, and Emma Reynolds, UK Account Manager/Sales Development Representative with assistance from Mario Anghel, Customer Success Manager based in our Romania Office, galvanized quickly to meet the client’s request.

“We have since acquired US numbers them as they are also dialing into the US now. We are delighted to have been able to provide such a seamless, swift service and to have Techno Brain on board.”
