We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been recognized as one of 35 companies honored in Utah Business Magazine’s Best Companies to Work For! After a review of our workplace elements such as benefits and pay, equal opportunity scale, corporate culture, internal communication, and employee pride, we’re proud to say we’ve risen to the head of the class. We might be a little biased, but we believe TCN is one of the best places to work in the great state of Utah, and it feels great to see that others feel the same!

After the judging commenced, we were recognized as a runner-up and are pleased to stand alongside some of the most promising organizations across various industries. We were recognized within the category of “Small Companies” with 40-99 Utah-based employees.

We strive to create an environment for employees that makes going to work something to look forward to every day. We can’t overstate how the collaborative nature of our business has contributed to such a positive atmosphere for our employees. It is truly an honor to be recognized, and we look forward to seeing what new names will make the roster next year!

The awards ceremony was held at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City on December 11, where all of the winners were honored.
