TCN Announces Seminal Partnership with Collect! Software

Comtech Systems Inc. makers of the Collect! Accounts Receivable Management Software. This partnership and the resulting platforms integration is a first-of-its-kind between a hosted dialing company and a Software provider in the Credit and Collections Industry.

The groundbreaking advanced integration means much more than the simple automated transfer of data between platforms. It allows the Collect! user to employ the full range of TCN features, from hosted Predictive Dialing to Interactive Voice Messaging, through the Collect! Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) System interface. The Collect! user (henceforth “the user”) can select a list to be dialed, choose the message to be played to the customers (if necessary), and schedule the calls all from their familiar ARM interface, without once accessing the TCN interface.

Beyond this vast improvement in ease of use, the user also benefits from the data integration that renders file imports and exports unnecessary. Call result notes are also quickly and automatically uploaded to the Collect! system with limited user intervention. After set up, the entire process of sending out thousands of calls is as easy as a few simple clicks. Initial trials suggest that the integration will reduce dialer-related IT and dialer manager labor by 50-80%.
