The Phonetic Alphabet is an important tool in phone conversation. TCN has auto dialer systems for sale that will help you connect with those interested in your message or product. When you are on the phone with them there is the initial sale or invitation and then the follow up. The follow up includes gathering information and finishing the process. The follow up must be done carefully and correctly. For this reason we recommend that you have your call agents memorize the phonetic alphabet and use it when taking information.
