Contact Centre Solution TCN Partners With Vodafone in Romania

TCN EU, a global provider of a comprehensive cloud-based call center platform for enterprises, contact centers, BPOs, and collection agencies, has announced a new partnership deal with Vodafone in Romania.

Vodafone Group Plc, is a British multinational telecommunications company with its Romanian headquarters in Bucharest. Bucharest also serves as the EU headquarters for TCN.

The agreement will see Vodafone reselling the TCN call center platform to its clients, marking the culmination of many months of planning and negotiations.

As one of the largest telecom operators in Europe, Vodafone will leverage this partnership to offer TCN’s advanced contact center solutions to its B2B market and governmental institutions across Romania.

Victor Marcu, EMEA Business Manager for TCN, who boasts over 25 years of experience in IT operations management in major enterprises, spearheaded the initial meetings with Vodafone to forge this partnership.

Alex Mina, EMEA Business Development Director, emphasized the deal’s significance for TCN, noting the extensive efforts required to onboard a partner of Vodafone’s scale. “Vodafone is also our telecom provider in the Romania. With no capital expenditure involved, this business strategy is a win-win situation for both parties.”
