After years of planning and building on our previous virtual C3 conferences, the first in-person C3 User Conference was one to remember. TCN clients, partners and other professionals from around the world gathered at the new Black Desert Resort, near Zion National Park, for three days of exploring, adventure and learning.

It goes without saying that the success of any user conference depends on several factors — a great location, great speakers, relevant topics, networking events and much more. Considering what we were able to deliver to our attendees at C3 2025, our first annual in-person event has been deemed a success.

From our two-time winter ski Olympic keynote speaker, Shannon Bahrke, to other insightful sessions on AI and what is driving TCN’s product and innovation forward, attendees left inspired and thrilled with the conference format.

Here are just a few more comments from those who attended.

Conferences are all about meeting people and nurturing relationships. What better way to break the ice than to hike Snow Canyon State Park with a group of strangers (now friends) before the sessions begin?  Thanks for kicking off the TCN C3 conference with amazing views!

#C32025 was amazing! Sessions were informative and interactive, I got to work out with an Olympian, meet and network with some awesome people and check Utah off my travel list. Thanks, TCN for an incredible experience. Can’t wait for next year!

Just returned from the TCN C3 2025 User Conference this morning and wanted to share a few highlights from an incredible few days. If you’re considering adding TCN to your technology stack, this is definitely the conference to attend. I’m already hearing whispers that another one is in the works for next year — so stay tuned!

Keynotes, general sessions and contact center AI advancements

A major theme that resonated throughout the conference was TCN’s advancements in AI, automation and how the financial services and healthcare industries are adapting to new technology. TCN’s chief technology officer, Jesse Bird, shared some exciting announcements around AI chatbots, flow enhancements and a large language model (LLM) built right into Operator.

Aside from the exciting product announcements around AI, C3 2025 featured winter Olympian Shannon Bahrke. Drawing on her childhood experience and as a world-renowned athlete, Shannon addressed how each one of us can achieve greatness through commitment and controlling our controllables. She also taught attendees how to develop a high-performing team.

TCN has amazing users, and it showed during our panel discussion. Each user shared their experience with TCN, the challenges being faced in the industry and how we can overcome them together. While each came from a different industry with different use cases, each shared positive feedback on Operator and the level of service from TCN.

Plus, each attendee had the opportunity to participate in several activities, including hiking in Snow Canyon State Park, a 19-hole Tom Weiskopf signature championship golf course at Black Desert Resort or ATV rides through the deserts of Sand Hollow. Each activity set the stage for all the networking opportunities and breakout sessions that followed.

Thank you to all those who attended, sponsored or helped make C3 2025 such a success. For those who missed C3 2025, don’t worry. Next year’s ‘Save the Date’ will be coming out very soon. We look forward to seeing you next year.
