What is the cost to attend C3 2027?
Early bird pricing for general attendees is $299 and is available only until February 28, 2027. After which, general attendee pricing will increase to $399.
Sponsors and exhibitors are separate from general attendees. Contact events@tcn.com for more details.
What’s the dress code?
We suggest a business casual dress code for all participants.
If I’m unable to attend in person, can I attend virtually?
Since this is such a great opportunity to network and interact with peers, we strongly encourage all who are interested to join us in person; a hybrid option will not be available.
Can I bring a guest?
We understand that when visiting such a beautiful location with so many fun activities nearby, you may want to bring someone to enjoy it with! If you are interested in bringing a guest who will be participating in any C3-organized activities or meals, please reach out to events@tcn.com. We have limited flexibility for guests, and only certain activities can accommodate guests. We will operate on a case-by-case basis.
What will the weather be like in Park City, UT, in May?
Average highs are around 60°F, with lows around 35°F. Expect beautiful spring weather and cool mountain nights inside the canyon. We recommend long-sleeved shirts and a jacket. Park City is a mountain area, and rain can come in quickly; a rain jacket is recommended (just in case) if you want to explore outside the hotel.
What airport should I fly into?
Salt Lake International Airport is about a 40-minute drive (approx. 41 miles) via car, taxi or airport shuttle. The drive from Salt Lake City avoids most of the traditional Park City town traffic.
How will I book my hotel room?
C3 User Conference participants have access to a discounted price for Grand Hyatt Deer Valley reservations. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your rooms soon. Booking information is coming soon!

Why did you change venues from Black Desert Resort?
To accommodate our growing user base, TCN is taking this year’s C3 User Conference to the mountains. This location offers greater travel flexibility while still being in a beautiful destination.
