We suggest a business casual dress code for all participants.
If I’m unable to attend in person can I attend virtually?
Since this is such a great opportunity to network and interact with your peers, we highly encourage all who are interested to join us in person and will not be providing a hybrid option.
Can I bring a guest?
If you are interested in bringing a guest, please reach out to events@tcn.com. We have limited flexibility, and only certain activities will be able to accommodate guests. We will operate on a case-by-case basis.
What will the weather be like in Ivins, UT in April?
The Greater Zion area boasts over 300 days of sunshine, with the typical April weather in Ivins ranging from 46 – 77°F with minimal rain. We recommend bringing a jacket for nighttime events and checking weather predictions as the conference nears.
What airport should I fly into?
There are two airports you can fly into when attending C3 2026.
We recommend flying into the St. George Regional Airport (SGU), which is located closest to Black Desert Resort (approx. 30 mins away). Flying into St. George Regional Airport offers a smaller, more intimate experience with shorter lines and quicker processing times. However, the airport has a limited number of flights, primarily serving connecting flights to and from PHX, DEN, SLC, DFW and LAX destinations.
The Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is a major hub with numerous flight options, both domestic and international. It offers a wider range of airlines and destinations but comes with the associated additional travel time (approx. 2 hours).
There is a shuttle that runs between Las Vegas and St. George, to which TCN has secured a 50% discount for C3 Conference participants. St. George Shuttle information and schedules can be found here. Use code TCN when booking a ticket for the shuttle.
Will transportation be arranged to/from the airport?
If flying into St. George Regional Airport (SGU), we recommend utilizing a ride-share service to travel to Black Desert Resort.
If flying into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), St. George Shuttle information and schedules can be found here. For a C3 User Conference discount, use code TCN when booking a ticket for the shuttle.
Additionally, if you are interested in renting a car, there are options at both arrival locations and more information can be found on the respective websites.
How will I book my hotel room?
C3 User Conference participants have access to a discounted price for Black Desert Resort reservations. Availability is limited, so we recommend securing your rooms soon. Please use this link to secure your hotel room.
